My name is Alice and I am the founder of Stop 'n Crop Events. My scrapbooking experience started when I was a single mother. It was important for me to document my son's life in detail and I've been doing that for the past 25 years. After he reached high school, I moved to St. Helena and got married for the first time in my life to my sweetheart, Bill. It was important, again, for me to document this '2nd chapter' in my life and so our life became the focus of my scrapbooks.

Five years ago, I began searching for other scrapbookers in the Napa Valley and Northern California. I started organizing monthly gatherings, all-day crops and weekend retreats. In 2008, I started 'Stop 'n Crop Events' and orgainze 6-8 events each year, making new friends along the way and spending time with old friends as well. It is the one thing I do for myself, with the results being shared by my family and friends.
